Insurance

I do not accept insurance and am considered an “out-of-network provider”. Upon request, I can provide you with a detailed receipt once you’ve paid for your session(s). You can file your receipt directly with your insurance provider.

Payment

I accept the following types of payments:

• Cash
• Check
• VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
• HSA
• FSA

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
